Faye Thayer

Faye Thayer Faye's background includes over 20 years experience in medical transcription, ambulatory care and managed care. In 1995, Faye founded S.O.A.P. Medical Transcription and served as president until its integration with MD-IT.

Previously, she served in sales management positions with HealthPartners, Minnesota's top rated health plan, where she had responsibility for sales training, group insurance and individual insurance sales.

While at HealthPartners, she was also responsible for contracting and integrating with affiliated clinics, and prior to that, supervised transcription and medical documentation for multi-specialty clinics and outpatient departments. Faye initially trained as a certified medical assistant and transcriptionist.
