Marlene McCoy

Marlene has been in the medical transcription business for over 26 years. In 1981, she founded McCoy Business Services, and shortly thereafter, began working with her first health care provider.

The business subsequently grew to over forty health care clients in several states, and was renamed SecureMTSource to reflect its focus on secure medical transcription. Marlene served as president of the company until its integration with MD-IT.

Marlene's business background also includes seven years as an administrative assistant within the Louisville public library system.
