“The most enjoyable part of my job is helping physicians move towards electronic medical records while maintaining their personal dictation style. Too often, physicians don't want to use EMRs, either because they take too much time or they don't enable the full clinical picture to be documented. As someone with a clinical background, I am acutely aware of the time pressures of day to day patient care. I find it very gratifying to help physicians select the right combination of documentation tools to use their EMR effectively.”
