MD-IT Platform is a secure web-based transcription management system which consists of an integrated dictation, transcription and document delivery platform. It manages the complete work-flow process from dictation to document approval, and easily integrates with HL7 compliant technologies. Optional back-end speech recognition is powered by the Nuance platform.

Connect is small, smart client software that serves as the users' data link to the MD-IT Platform. Connect is a three-tiered, .NET 2.0 application.

Complete is a Microsoft® Word, VSTO 2005, .NET 2.0, task pane application used to quickly and easily self-edit clinical notes. FleXlate™ (Flexible XML Templates) technology is used to speed document creation. The system is enabled for front-end speech recognition using Dragon NaturallySpeaking®.
